What is NLP?

NLP short for Neuro Linguistic Programming is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do.

NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, psychotherapy and for success in business and personal life.



We have all established our own unique mental filtering system for processing information being absorbed through our senses. Our first mental map of the world is constituted of internal images, sounds, internal sensations, tastes and smells that form as a result of neurological filtering process. 


We then assign personal meaning to the information being received from the world. We form our second mental map by assigning language to the internal images, sounds and feelings, tastes and smells, thus forming everyday conscious awareness.


The ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

In other word, NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.
